Williams, MAI is the managing partner and co-founder of the Idaho Research Group as well as the president and founder of Williams Research Inc and the president and co-founder of Single Point Solutions. The Idaho Research Group is a full service commercial real estate firm, affiliated with KW Commercial; the third largest real estate firm in North America. The Idaho Research Group was founded on the principles of combining the most relevant and comprehensive market research with a well rounded professional staff dedicated to the highest level of service in exceeding client expectations. Tim is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute earning the MAI designation in 2003 and is a current candidate member of the CCIM Institute. Tim attended Texas A&M University earning his undergraduate degree in Agricultural Economics and his Masters in Land Economics and Real Estate.
