Gary M. Raydon has over 12 years of experience in the real estate investment industry. He began his career after receiving his M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University at Ernst & Young, LLC. Consulting engagements included advising on individual assets and portfolios, distressed properties, and financial structures. Prior to creating a consulting and investment firm, he worked as an acquisition specialist serving as the primary point of contact for purchases of commercial assets, debt placements and vendor management. Mr. Raydon has experience in debt restructurings and workout negotiations, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions in office, retail and industrial products. He is licensed as a commercial real estate agent in Idaho.

Mr. Raydon has been directly involved in over $1 Billion in Commercial Real Estate transactions in over twenty states. His focus is on Multi-Family investments, development, and brokerage. He is also active in the distressed and troubled asset investment, recapitalization, and workout areas.
